Pesticide Safe Handling Instructions
Using agricultural chemicals requires rigorous safety protocols to protect human health, livestock, and natural water reservoirs. Always adhere to the following agronomist-approved guidelines.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Always wear a breathing mask, protective rubber gloves, safety goggles, and long-sleeved clothing during preparation and spraying.
- Drift Prevention: Never spray pesticides or herbicides during high winds or heavy rainfall. This prevents target crop damage and chemical drift to neighboring fields.
- Dilution Accuracy: Strictly follow the dilution and dosage tables provided on the package label. Over-dosage leads to soil toxicity and plant stress.
- Triple Rinsing: Rinse empty containers three times with water, pouring the rinse water into the spray tank. Pierce empty plastic bottles to prevent reuse.
- Storage Protocol: Store chemical formulations locked in original containers, out of reach of children and domestic animals, away from grain stores.
- Harvest Interval (PHI): Observe the pre-harvest interval meticulously to guarantee zero pesticide residues on edible produce.

زرعی ادویات کے استعمال کی حفاظتی ہدایات
زرعی ادویات اور زہروں کا استعمال انتہائی احتیاط کا متقاضی ہے۔ اپنی صحت، مویشیوں اور ماحول کے تحفظ کے لیے درج ذیل ہدایات پر سختی سے عمل کریں۔
- حفاظتی لباس اور ماسک: اسپرے کی تیاری اور استعمال کے دوران ہمیشہ چہرے پر ماسک، ہاتھوں پر ربڑ کے دستانے، حفاظتی عینک اور پوری آستین والا لباس پہنیں۔
- ہوا اور بارش کا دھیان: تیز ہوا یا بارش کے دوران ہرگز اسپرے نہ کریں۔ اس سے دوا دوسرے کھیتوں تک پھیلنے کا خطرہ ہوتا ہے اور اثر ضائع ہو جاتا ہے۔
- درست مقدار (ڈوز): پیکٹ پر درج کمپنی کی سفارشات کے مطابق دوا کی درست ڈوز تیار کریں۔ سفارش کردہ مقدار سے زیادہ دوا مٹی اور فصل کو نقصان پہنچاتی ہے۔
- خالی بوتلوں کا تلف کرنا: استعمال کے بعد خالی بوتلوں کو پانی سے تین بار دھو کر اسپرے ٹینک میں ڈالیں اور پھر بوتل میں سوراخ کر کے زمین میں دفن کر دیں۔ خالی بوتلیں ہرگز گھر میں استعمال نہ کریں۔
- محفوظ اسٹوریج: تمام ادویات کو بچوں، پالتو جانوروں اور خوراک کی اشیاء سے دور کسی تالے والے ڈبے یا الماری میں رکھیں۔
- کٹائی کا درمیانی وقفہ: اسپرے کرنے اور فصل کی کٹائی کے درمیان تجویز کردہ دنوں کا وقفہ لازمی رکھیں تاکہ خوراک میں زہر کے اثرات باقی نہ رہیں۔
